🎨 Artwork Guidelines

To ensure the best production quality, please prepare your artwork according to the following guidelines:

• Upload your design as a PNG with a transparent background.
• Your design must be one continuous shape.
• Do not include holes or transparent cut-outs inside the design.
• Use smooth, clean outlines without unnecessary jagged or overly complex edges.
• Avoid extremely thin sections that may affect cutting and sewing quality.
• Use a high-resolution image for the sharpest print results.

🧼 Care Guide

• Vacuum regularly using low suction.
• Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
• Do not machine wash.
• Do not tumble dry.
• Do not bleach.
• Air dry completely if the rug becomes wet.
• Avoid prolonged direct sunlight to help preserve print vibrancy.
